We’ve made some changes to our menu and to our kitchen practices recently! We are now ordering certified Berkshire pork whole pigs from Royalton Farms in Vermont Our in-house butcher then works on fresh cuts, curing the pork, and housemade sausages which are now featured in our new menu and in daily specials.
