Just some of this weekends specials at Osteria Vespa. Great, beautiful, and tasty, Maine Heirloom hothouse tomatoes will be found in our heirloom tomato, roasted organic beet salad. Served with Vermont Buratta cheese, 12 year balsamic, Olio Taibi Extra Virgin olive oil and organic artisanal greens.
Also our pasta special will be house made ravioli filled with slow braised red wine beef, served with a roasted tomato ragout, and shaved Reggiano Parmesan.
Lastly, our crudo will be ahi tuna coated with Herbs du Provance and cracked black pepper. “Cured” with blood orange and tangerine juice, and garnished with shaved chilies, Extra Virgin, parsley chive oil, blood orange segments, and Bull’s Blood micro greens.
